Michigan State basketball is tough to beat at the Breslin Center. That was made clear in a blowout win over Indiana on Tuesday night.

The Spartans used a 28-to-2 run to turn a tied game in the second half into a runaway victory over the Hoosiers, winning by the final score of 81-60. The game was tied at 53 with roughly 11 minutes to go in the second half, and Michigan State put Indiana into a lock hold from that point forward.

Michigan State got off to a sluggish start, with Indiana leading for most of the first half -- but Jeremy Fears Jr. starred from the opening tip and kept the Spartans afloat. He scored 19 points in the first half to lead Michigan State offensively, with Kur Teng also hitting some timely three-pointers to give the Spartans a 39-32 lead at the break.

Indiana came out of halftime firing, gradually working into the Spartans lead with multiple opportunities to take the lead early into the half. However, the Spartans would never trail and eventually go on an incredible run to turn this game into a blowout.

Fears ended the night leading the Spartans with 23 points and 10 assists for a double-double. Th Spartans also got impressive showings from Jaxon Kohler (16 points and 10 rebounds), Teng (11 points) and Jordan Scott (11 points).

Michigan State improves to 15-2 overall and 5-1 in Big Ten play on the year. Indiana falls to 12-5 overall and 3-3 in Big Ten play.
